The following postcodes are excluded from this option and are subject to a charge of £49 for this service:
◾ The free, one man, standard delivery service offers the delivery of your goods to ground level, kerbside. The standard delivery service is an all day service between the hours of 8am-6pm. Assistance may be required.
◾ With this service you will not be advised of dispatch and your delivery will not be booked in.
◾ The delivery time for this service is 2-5 days from date of order.
◾ Our goods are delivered carton and crated in order to protect the product from damage. The responsibility too carefully unpack will be yours with extra care needed when unpacking the goods. The wooden protective crate can be removed by prising the slats off from top with a flathead screwdriver (not supplied).
◾ If you have any restrictions at the delivery point e.g. access, steps etc. Please select the Premium delivery service.
◾ With the free delivery option, we are unable to remove any of the packaging.
For the following postcodes the delivery charge increases to a single cost of £49, again regardless of the number of products ordered:
◾ The two man premium delivery service is a timed service with a room of choice meaning that the goods can be brought into your property whether this be on the ground floor, second floor or higher and unpacked.
◾ The delivery time for this service is 7-14 days from date of order.
◾ Once your order has been processed our specialist furniture carrier will contact you by phone using all the numbers provided generally 2-4 working days from the date of your order. You will then be offered a delivery date in advance with a 4 hour time slot for that day, as well as a call 30 minutes prior to delivery on the day of delivery. Both of these services are designed to save you waiting around unnecessarily.
◾ Our goods are delivered carton and crated in order to protect the product from damage. You must check and inspect the goods for any damages before agreeing to sign for them, confirming you have received them in good condition. (You will be offered this option at checkout.)
◾ We should be notified of any damages within 48 hours following delivery of the goods by email.
◾ If the goods are damaged, we require digital photos of the damaged items and if we are unable to repair the item to manufacturing standards, we will refund/replace the products free of charge.
◾ If you confirm and accept a delivery date and then fail to be present or contactable, we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery cost.
